Pilot Company is seeking Shift Leaders to supervise store operations and staff, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining clean, well‑run facilities that support our guests.

Pay starts between $15.70 and $23.33 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including nationwide medical plan, dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Excellent customer service and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficiency with calculator and computer equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
