Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services team member in Ohio to process merchandise and fuel transactions, oversee a 1–2 person cashier shift, and ensure quality guest service. The role involves handling cash/credit/debit, completing shift reports, and promoting products while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, following policies on restricted items, and assisting with travel center functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or retail environments.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Experience leading small work shifts (1–2 teammates).

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one to two cashiers and process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow guidelines for sale of restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area and use selling methods to promote products.
• Deliver quality service to every guest and resolve guest issues per policy.
