Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server for The Lodge at Schroon Lake. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, greeting guests, taking orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred, and candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Provide high-level customer service and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort to tables, present menus and promotions.
• Take orders accurately, enter into POS, and communicate dietary needs to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with proper portioning, presentation and temperature.
• Monitor cleanliness and replenish items to keep a neat dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
