Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of the property. In this highly visible customer service role, you will handle front desk operations, guest relations, and daily property tasks.

The role offers an hourly rate dependent on experience, flexible pay options, and benefits for full-time staff, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins; review front office paperwork and reports.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, close sales, fulfill special requests (e.g., linen exchanges).
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; maintain clean laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas, stock and distribute cleaning supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures; ensure security of property and guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
