Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly, professional front desk/ reservations associate to greet guests, manage calls, and assist with hotel and event bookings. This role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy, and a calm demeanor in a busy hospitality environment.

You will process reservations, coordinate with hotel, marketing events, and other departments, and strive to deliver excellent guest experiences while maintaining property knowledge and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Requires strong communication skills and clear speaking voice.
• Experience with PBX equipment and hotel reservation systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer switchboard and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations for hotel, restaurant, events.
• Resolve guest inquiries and assist with special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel procedures and upcoming events.
