Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include processing payments, balancing transactions, and assisting with guest requests while maintaining privacy and a safe, tidy lobby environment. On occasions you may act as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register and check out using the property-management system.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and loyalty programs.
• Answer calls and provide information on services, rates and local area.
• Process payments, post charges, and balance end-of-shift transactions.
• Identify sales opportunities and share leads with the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-desk and lobby area.
