LBA Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to support front-desk operations, manage reservations, and process payments while delivering a welcoming guest experience. The role may involve acting as Manager on Duty when assigned.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, promoting services, and collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales, reservations, or guest-relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check out guests while protecting confidential information.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and guest loyalty-program participation.
• Answer calls and provide accurate information about services, rates, and area.
• Operate the property-management system to post charges, prepare bills, collect payments, and balance transactions.
• Verify payment methods and complete cash, check, and credit-card reconciliations.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and available room options.
• Identify sales opportunities and share leads with the team.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and document recovery efforts.
• Communicate special requests and maintenance needs across departments.
• Maintain a clean lobby, market, dining, and front-desk area.
