Job summary

Siegel Suites and Select, flagship brands of The Siegel Group, are seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Olde West Chester, Ohio property. You will greet guests, answer phones, know room availability, and help sell rooms both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent must be obtained.
• 6 months customer service experience required.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Strong cash handling and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the property in a friendly, positive manner.
• Answer phones quickly and courteously, within 3 rings.
• Know room openings and availability; sell rooms in person and by phone; post Craigslist ads daily.
• Accurately handle cash and charge transactions; perform cash drops in the safe.
• Maintain accurate records of vacant rooms and close-out procedures (deposits, slips, closing reports).
• Take work orders from residents and process in the system; receive and distribute mail.
• Keep the office area clean and inviting; perform other duties as assigned.
