Job summary

Siegel Suites seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet guests, answer calls, and manage room availability at the property. You will sell rooms to visitors both in person and over the phone, handle cash and postings, and maintain accurate records in the system.

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the property.
• Answer phones quickly and courteously (within 3 rings).
• Know room openings and availability to assist guests.
• Sell rooms in person and via phone, including Craigslist postings.
• Handle cash and charge transactions accurately; perform cash drops.
• Keep accurate records of vacant rooms and close out procedures.
• Take work orders from residents and process in the system.
• Receive and distribute mail to residents.
• Maintain a clean and inviting office; perform other duties as assigned.
