Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk professional in Minnetonka to greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations. You will post charges accurately and manage daily front desk transactions, including cash and card payments.

You will handle same-day reservations, know rate plans and discounts, and follow cancellation/relocation procedures to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel in a professional manner.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post charges accurately and promptly to guest accounts.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office computer or manual system and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments from guests.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates and discounts and how to apply them.
• Take same-day reservations efficiently and follow cancellation and relocation procedures.
