Job summary

SKYLAKE Adventures is seeking friendly Guest Services team members to welcome guests, answer questions, and process purchases at our outdoor attractions in Indiana. You will use our POS system to handle tickets, wristbands, rentals, and refunds, while delivering accurate information and proactive assistance.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in person or over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Anticipate guest needs by observing cues and proactively offering assistance.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests quickly and accurately.
• Process ticket sales, wristbands, rentals, payments, and refunds using SKYLAKE’s POS system.
• Provide clear, accurate information about attractions, dining, events, and SKYLAKE policies; tailor recommendations to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary and upholding SKYLAKE standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SKYLAKE events, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist guests in person or over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Anticipate guest needs by observing cues and proactively offering assistance
• Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure guest requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately
• Process ticket sales, wristbands, rentals, payments, and approved refunds accurately using SKYLAKE’s point-of-sale (POS) system
• Provide clear, accurate information about attractions, schedules, dining, special events, and SKYLAKE policies, tailoring recommendations to each guest’s needs
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary and working toward a positive outcome that reflects SKYLAKE standards of excellence
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SKYLAKE events, schedules, and safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned
