Job summary

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Guest Room Attendant at Hilton Garden Inn Layton to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards. You will support the team, train associates, and help manage supplies and procedures for a successful housekeeping operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of housekeeping, guest room attendant, or related hospitality experience.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms efficiently while meeting hotel and brand cleanliness standards.
• Prioritize daily cleaning tasks based on check-in/check-out times and needs.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to help associates understand cleaning procedures.
• Assist housekeeping leadership with developing and implementing cleaning protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Respond to special guest requests and housekeeping needs professionally.
