Job summary

Aloft Hotels, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality, is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver warm, attentive service at our front desk. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to guest needs to ensure a smooth, welcoming stay.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic data-entry skills. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, handle payments and reservations, and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
