Job summary
Brighton Ski Resort is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Guest Service Professionals for the 2026/2027 winter season. Located at the Brighton Center, these full-time roles are the information hub of the resort, requiring multitasking and a passion for helping people.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through tickets, season passes, and resort services while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor in a fast-paced mountain environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests in person, by phone, and via email.
- Willingness to learn Brighton Resort products and mountain operations.
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests from around the world.
- Develop knowledge of ticket and season pass products, rates, discounts, promotions, events.
- Provide excellent guest service with teammates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean workspace, restock supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties.
- Communicate clearly with guests in person, by phone, and via email.
- Support parking information and direct guests on-site and online.
