Job summary

Harris Pavilion in Manassas, VA, seeks a Guest Services Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering excellent service and extensive knowledge of the facility's programs. This on-site, seasonal role supports operations and guest experience at the outdoor ice rink.

The role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, strong communication, detail orientation, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a welcoming environment for athletes, spectators, and visitors

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Operate multi-line phones and a point-of-sale system.
• Balance a cash drawer and record waivers and event information.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and rink surfaces.
• Assist guests with skates and ensure proper fit and condition.
• Enforce venue policies and resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
