Job summary

Winterfest & Seasonal Ice Rink is a managed facility by Sports Facilities Management, LLC. The Guest Services Team Member serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering courteous, knowledge-based information and handling registrations and payments.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, with strong communication and the ability to excel in a high-volume environment while upholding venue policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with guests of all ages from preschool to adult.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of facility programs, formats and pricing.
• Operate multi-line phones and record waivers and event information.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Resolve guest concerns and refer to management when needed.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed.
