Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Front Desk Clerk in Eustis, Florida, to deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences. The role involves serving as a liaison, handling payments, and supporting office operations with a customer-first mindset.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, respond to inquiries promptly, and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming community. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in customer service with strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, in person or over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Perform regular community patrols and identify covenant/rule violations; record findings and issue notices.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to ensure office efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
