Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking an upbeat Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver to manage front desk operations and serve as a reference point for guests and vendors. The role requires professionalism, courtesy, and strong communication in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position may require flexible scheduling; compensation is $21.65 per hour. Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, shuttle driving to SeaTac Airport, and reporting during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Ability to handle workplace problems by anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving them as needed.
• Effective in stressful situations and able to stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent guest service mindset with approachable demeanor for all guests and vendors.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a background/driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Prepare daily reports for management during each shift.
• Drive the hotel shuttle van to SeaTac Airport and other nearby locations.
