Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk, drive the shuttle, and ensure guest satisfaction and service quality. You will plan and supervise a diverse team to keep operations smooth and profitable, acting as a reference for staff, vendors, and guests. Flexible scheduling is required.

You'll lead check-ins/check-outs, handle payments, and prepare shift reports while ensuring staff are trained to meet our service standards and guest service guarantee.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Motivated team player with initiative and achievement desire.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace and solve them as needed.
• Capable of working well under stress and remaining approachable to guests.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Drive hotel shuttle.
• Process all payments according to hotel requirements.
