Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, answer phones, take reservations, and check guests in and out, delivering a friendly and personalized experience.

Fluent English is required; starting wage is $16.00 per hour with potential increases for experienced candidates. Flexible availability Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays with both morning and evening shifts.
