Plainfield Park District is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet residents and program participants, support registrations, facility bookings, membership sales, and answer inquiries. Shifts are mornings and afternoons (8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm), 8-12 hours per week with weekend opportunities.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour. This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in transactions, and using RecTrac/WebTrac systems; CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required or

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Candidate must be dependable and able to exercise good judgment in difficult situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with the public and staff.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification required, or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Guest Service Representative – Part Time, Mornings and Afternoons

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for residents and program participants. This role supports registrations, facility bookings, membership sales, and general inquiries.

Shift times 8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm 8-12 hours per week. Opportunities for weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 yrs. of age.
