The Customer Service Team Member provides front-line customer support at the Monarch Recreation Center, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. This position assists with membership check-ins, registrations, facility information, program inquiries, and financial transactions. The role plays a key part in creating positive first and last impressions for visitors.
Must be at least 16 years of age and currently enrolled in high school or have completed high school/GED.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Cash handling experience helpful.
Adult and Child CPR, and Standard First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
