Job summary

Kampgrounds of America is seeking a Guest Guide to work with guest services representatives, guiding guests to their sites after registration and helping enforce campground rules while delivering friendly service.

You will perform light housekeeping, basic maintenance tasks, respond to messages, assist with trash collection, and provide local activity recommendations, all while prioritizing safety and teamwork in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English clearly and concisely.
• Customer-facing experience in high public contact areas.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by guiding them to their sites and with other customer service needs.
• Sell and deliver ice and firewood.
• Keep grounds clean, free of trash, and manage receptacles.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, restrooms, pools, and office areas.
