You will uphold brand standards, assist guests, and work as part of a diverse team focused on quality service and guest satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication with supervisors and the guest

Qualifications

• Desire to work in housekeeping or related field.
• Basic understanding of English language and willingness to learn through hands-on experience of housekeeping and janitorial procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Motivated, goal oriented and results driven.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas to brand expectations with attention to detail and within time standards.
• Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, and linens.
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate them to the team; replace items as needed.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and in priority order.
• Collaborate with guest services and leadership to resolve guest challenges.
• Safely manage cleaning supplies and equipment; follow safety protocols.
