Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort on Kauai, Hawaii, is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee front desk, concierge and bell staff, ensuring smooth check-in/out and exceptional guest service.

You will train and mentor team members, handle guest inquiries and concerns, monitor feedback, and collaborate with other departments to elevate the guest experience while upholding the resort’s aloha spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in guest services or hotel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the guest services team, including front desk, concierge, and bell staff.
• Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
