Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Six months of Front Desk experience.
• Strong computer skills are expected.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
