Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Guest Services Representative at Mandalay Bay to be the first and lasting impression for guests. You will manage check-ins and check-outs with a warm, professional approach and assist with special requests to create memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience, basic cash handling, and can work varied shifts including weekends. The role offers part-time hours and access to employee perks and discounts.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face guest service or call center experience with cash handling preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and professional experience managing check-ins/check-outs, including early/late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Enhance guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted; handle cash and credit transactions and balance cash handling procedures.
• Control and issue keys while maintaining security, privacy, and a hassle-free guest experience.
