The ideal candidate has at least two years' front desk experience, strong people skills, and the ability to coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while protecting guest privacy and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor front desk staff.
• Understand hotel software for reservations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Maintain friendly telephone service and guest interactions.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, wake-up calls, routing, charges, and special requests.
• Preserve guest room security and confidentiality of information.
• Communicate with management via reports and guest feedback.
• Assist with group blocks and unusual situations.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain property safety.
• Maximize revenues through sales and service excellence.
• Develop knowledge of rates, amenities, and area attractions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Adhere to safety procedures and hotel policies.
