Job summary

CCC Management II LLC is seeking a Guest Services Agent/Night Audit at Avila Lighthouse Suites in Avila Beach, CA. This part-time role supports front and back office operations, including guest services, reservations, and routine accounting tasks during night shifts.

Responsibilities include auditing posted cash, daily revenue reports, coordinating with other departments, handling guest check-in/out, telephone duties, and maintaining security and confidentiality of records.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit all audit work including balance of posted cash, restaurant revenues, hotel revenue and credit cards.
• Complete all daily revenue reports and alert Front Office Manager of all discrepancies.
• Communicate with other departments, including sending and receiving regularly scheduled reports.
• Coordinate guest needs with maintenance and housekeeping departments.
• Receive and route incoming telephone calls in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary company information and records.
