Job summary

CCC Management II LLC is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent/Night Audit to support front and back office operations at Avila Lighthouse Suites in Avila Beach, CA. The role involves handling reservations, telephone operations, and guest services alongside accounting tasks for the front office, audit, and reservations departments.

You will contribute to efficient daily revenue reporting, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and ensure security of guest data and keys.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete all audit work including balance of posted cash, restaurant revenues, hotel revenue and credit cards.
• Complete all daily revenue reports and alert Front Office Manager of all discrepancies.
• Communicate with other departments, including sending and receiving regularly scheduled reports.
• Receive and route incoming telephone calls in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Accurately post charges to guest accounts.
• Efficiently check-in or check-out guests as needed.
