Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to be the welcoming heart of our sales gallery. You’ll coordinate tours, greet guests, and support our award-winning service culture.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires weekends/holidays, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll help turn guests into lifelong owners while upholding our Sharing Smiles philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, sales, or related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage all guests and owners with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate daily tour schedules and materials for the sales team.
• Manage front desk operations, opening/closing procedures, and supplies.
• Provide administrative and sales support, including data entry and reports.
• Prepare and manage inventory of tour gifts.
