Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Dual Rate Guest Services Rep/ Lead for Harrah's Hoosier Park in Anderson, Indiana. On-site role includes supervising up to 25 team members in the guest services area and overseeing daily operations of the Rewards Center.

You will train staff, handle customer complaints, promote the rewards program, and ensure courteous, prompt service while balancing a cash drawer and coordinating promotions. 21+ and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Training employees, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Supervises up to 25 employees in Lead role when applicable.
• Make announcements and promote exceptional customer service.
• Greet guests and promote Rewards Club benefits; manage customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile coupons and promotions.
