Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise employees and manage the daily operations of the store in a fast-paced setting. The role centers on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and assisting managers to keep facilities running smoothly.

The starting pay is $16.50 to $24.87 per hour, with flexibility for nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required, and the position offers a path to growth within a large, nationwide

Qualifications

Experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
Excellent customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Background check is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise employees and general store operations.
Respond to customer needs with excellent service.
