Job summary

TownePlace Suites Harmaville is seeking a friendly front desk associate to check guests in during peak hours, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant stay. Fast, fun, and guest-focused teamwork drives our service.

Shifts are 8 hours (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am). The role emphasizes courteous communication, reliability, and collaboration with bell staff and house operations to maintain inventory and guest satisfaction. Benefits include health, PTO, 401(k), and discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously by all staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals and departures.
