Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accept payments, maintain house bank, and report receipts daily.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and shuttle services as applicable.
• Promote hotel amenities and loyalty programs while providing accurate information.
