Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and uphold guest service excellence across checkout and services such as self-checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, and click-and-collect.

The role supports the Senior Guest Services Manager and covers regular shifts including parking lot areas. Qualifying candidates are at least 18 years old with prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the front-end team while maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Assist the Senior Guest Services Manager with Guest Services, self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
