Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and ensure top-tier guest service across self-checkout, regular checkout, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot operations.

The role includes bookkeeping tasks and support for the Sr. Guest Services Manager, with opportunities for growth in an employee-owned company that values community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front-end team and maintain high guest service standards across all front-end operations.
• Oversee self-checkout, regular checkout, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
• Assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services duties and day-to-day store operations.
• Recordkeeping and bookkeeping tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
