Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold exceptional guest service across checkout and related areas. The role includes bookkeeping tasks and supporting the Sr.

Guest Services Manager with daily operations such as guest services and front-end processes. The ideal candidate brings retail or customer service experience and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front-end team to maintain guest service standards.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks related to front-end operations.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services and front-end processes.
• Oversee self-checkout and regular checkout areas.
• Manage bagging area, parcel pickup, and cart room.
• Coordinate click-and-collect and parking lot operations.
