World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and coordinate room assignments for a busy on-site facility.

You will handle keys, reservations, payments, and inquiries, while collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure flawless service during events. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication and computer skills and a flexible weekend schedule.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality/service is preferred.
• Strong oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms.
• Issue room keys and provide information.
• Make reservations and check hotel availability.
• Process payments and credit card authorizations.
• Answer main telephone line and direct calls.
• Review guest accounts at checkout.
• Stay informed about daily on-site events.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance on guest issues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and complete daily checklists.
• Operate end-of-day reports and sign out department keys.
• Balance cash and credit card transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
