Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms.
• Issue room keys and provide information.
• Make reservations and check hotel availability.
• Process payments and credit card authorizations.
• Answer main telephone line and direct calls.
• Review guest accounts at checkout.
• Stay informed about daily on-site events.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance on guest issues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and complete daily checklists.
• Operate end-of-day reports and sign out department keys.
• Balance cash and credit card transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
