Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks an experienced Front Desk professional to support the Front Office Manager and oversee guest service operations at Hotel Theodore in Seattle. You will ensure smooth front desk registration, guest interactions, and consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities include driving guest satisfaction, mentoring front desk staff, and coordinating with other departments to maintain Azul Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior Front Desk experience required.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards and hospitality industry systems preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficient guest check-in/out and telephone service.
• Monitor procedures per policy and ensure courteous guest handling.
• Maximize revenues via up-sell and occupancy strategies.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and supervise Front Office staff and assist with shift planning.
• Coordinate with other departments to inform VIP reservations and room status.
