Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide for the general welfare and safety of shelter guests and staff.
• Provide referrals when needed.
• Adhere to trauma-informed care principles.
• Prevent further crisis and avoid re-traumatization.
• Route calls, take messages, greet guests, and answer inquiries.
• Complete safety checks and ensure timely paperwork.
• Oversee participant goals and hand off information between shifts.
• Process donations and manage front desk area.
