Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader for guest services at our Oklahoma locations. You will supervise store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and assist managers to maintain smooth, safe facilities.

The role requires flexibility for nights, days, weekends, and holidays and includes a pay range starting at $14.20 to $21.10 per hour. Qualified applicants bring retail experience, strong math and computer skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• Respond to customer needs and ensure high-quality service across shifts.
• Support managers with daily tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
