Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous guest services experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily guest services tasks and oversee completion.
• Train and guide guest service staff on duties, customer service, systems and procedures.
• Greet customers and provide service while anticipating needs.
• Perform service recovery for unsatisfied guests.
• Book reservations and coordinate registration.
• Operate register or software and process cash/credit card transactions.
• Answer calls and emails and relay messages as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and address areas for improvement.
