Responsibilities

• Lead guest services team to deliver seamless guest experiences including bell services, luggage storage, valet and related systems.
• Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and train team members with in-the-moment feedback.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, supporting staff in handling escalated issues.
• Lead department initiatives or ad-hoc projects as needed.
