Job summary

European Wax Center in Weston, FL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales Associate) for an in-person, sales-driven role to deliver outstanding guest service and drive center revenue. You will support training, greet guests, promote services, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
