Job summary

European Wax Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role combines sales with guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Responsibilities include training, greeting guests, promoting services, managing front-desk operations, and maintaining a clean center. Availability for evenings and weekends, plus a high school diploma or GED, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
