Job summary

European Wax Center in Tamarac, FL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and drive center revenue in a sales-driven environment. Roles include greeting guests, promoting services, and supporting front-desk operations.

Requirements include strong sales, leadership, and communication skills; evenings/weekends availability; previous retail or beauty-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products and promotions; sell passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, inventory control.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Be a role model and lead others to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, professional, organized center appearance.
