Job summary

Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated guest services associate to assist guests at the ticket sales, guest service, and information desks. You will help with inquiries, lost and found, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

This seasonal role includes winter operations from December through April, with weekend and holiday availability required. You will work as part of a collaborative team focused on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Working under supervision; this position requires excellent guest service, effective communication with guests & fellow employees and instrumental involvement within ticket sales, guest service, rental department, general housekeeping and an overall commitment to working as a team within our recreation facility.
