Responsible for the organization and operation of various recreational programs and facilities. Deal with all home owners and guests in a professional manner.
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
Many tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, and windy weather.Temperature can be extreme.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to reach with arms and hands; bend and stoop; remain at post standing for extended periods of time; may be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Ability to work with co-workers; communicate with guests and customers, have patience with children, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be friendly and cheerful with a positive attitude.Must be capable of working productively without close supervision. Must be trustworthy to handle the cash and inventory.
