Southern Star Court Management Corp's Lone Star Court in Austin, TX is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to support hotel operations and guest service. You will ensure supplies, linens, and equipment are available to maintain guest rooms and public areas, delivering amenities and assisting with housekeeping requests.

This non-exempt role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with daily use of devices and hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Hotel Operations or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple computer programs on devices (i.e. hotel systems).

Responsabilités

• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping closets and work areas.
• Respond to requests from Room Attendants, Supervisors, and management for supplies, equipment, and guest items.
• Transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling from guest floors to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in housekeeping closets and storage rooms.
• Assist with setup of rollaway beds, cribs, and other guest items.
• Use hotel systems (Alice, StayNTouch) for reports and checklists.
• Report safety or security concerns immediately.
